Meet Dr. Bostian
Dr. Bostian grew up in North Carolina and is proud to call the Tar Heel State home. He and his wife live in Carrboro and have two small children.
During his advanced residency at the Bronx VA, Dr. Bostian specialized in treating veterans with severe anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. His gentle, reassuring manner puts patients at ease even the most nervous of individuals.
As an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the North Carolina Dental Society, Dr. Bostian is well versed in all aspects of dentistry. Dr Bostian is a self-proclaimed “dental nerd” and lives a lifelong learning philosophy. He is pursuing the fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry and completes over 75 hours of continuing education every year.
Besides working on teeth, Dr. Bostian enjoys riding and maintaining his mountain bike, hiking with his family, surfing, and running.

Karen Lougee
Dental Hygienist
Originally from Wilmington, Karen is a hygienist of many talents (she’s a gardener and former speed skater!) Karen and her husband are proud parents to their daughter, Caroline, and their “fur baby,” a lovable Newfoundland named Minnie.
Karen has been with the practice for over a decade, and patients love that their teeth feel “sparkling clean” after a visit.

Kelly is our part time dental hygienist, she has been a wonderful addition to our team. She has a lovely caring demeanor and does a great job keeping our patients teeth and mouths healthy!

Lisa has worked in dentistry for over thirty years. She’s a natural caregiver and loves helping her patients achieve beautiful and healthy smiles. She adores spending time with family, and snuggling up with her pup and a good book.

Dental Assistant
Olivia, also know as Liv, moved to the Triangle in 2016 from South Carolina. She has been a dental assistant since 2020 and enjoys it very much. Our patients love Liv’s calming presence, and have commented that she fits in perfectly with the team.
She enjoys painting, crafting, hiking and nature, and spending time with friends and family.
